Wichita, KS have a suspect in an evidence-tampering case

The Wichita, KS police department discovered that several packages of marijuana in their evidence and property department had been torn open, and some of the marijuana was missing. However, they do have a suspect, and they had a police sketch artist put together an image of their suspect.



Apparently, it's not that uncommon for rodents to chew into packages with organic material, but, because they have to go through the process of re-weighing and re-sealing everything, it has to be treated as a criminal case for recordkeeping purposes. They're not actually REQUIRED to have a spokesperson present the press with a drawing of a mouse, but, well, they couldn't resist.
